These Terms of Service govern your use of soraclothing.ca and purchases made through our website.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies referenced in them, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit, waive, or exclude any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited, waived, or excluded under applicable law.

PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our products, including their characteristics, colours, materials, sizing, availability, and pricing.

Colours and appearance may vary depending on your device or display settings.

Product availability is subject to change. If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will contact you and, where applicable, cancel the affected item and issue a refund.

PRICING AND CURRENCY

Prices and applicable currency are displayed during checkout.

Before completing your order, you will be shown the applicable product price, discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and total amount payable.

For Canadian orders displayed in Canadian dollars, amounts are expressed in CAD unless otherwise indicated.

For international orders, the currency applicable to the transaction will be displayed at checkout.

ORDERS

Before completing your order, you will have an opportunity to review your order information, including the products selected, quantities, sizes where applicable, delivery information, shipping method, applicable charges, and total price.

Please review this information carefully and correct any errors before selecting "Complete your order" or completing payment through an express checkout method.

After your order has been successfully placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address or other contact information provided during checkout.

An order confirmation does not prevent us from contacting you if additional information is reasonably required to process or fulfill your order.

READY-TO-SHIP PRODUCTS

Products identified as ready-to-ship are normally processed for shipment within 1–3 business days, unless a different timeframe is disclosed on the applicable product page or during checkout.

Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and shipping method selected.

Any estimated carrier transit time begins after the order has been dispatched.

PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS

Products identified as Pre-Order are not ready for immediate shipment.

Unless a different estimated timeframe is specifically stated on the applicable product page or during checkout, pre-order products are expected to be dispatched within 15–35 business days after the order is placed.

The estimated pre-order timeframe relates to dispatch and does not include carrier transit time after shipment.

Pre-order delivery and dispatch estimates are estimates and may be affected by production, transportation, customs, or other circumstances. Where applicable law provides a consumer with cancellation or refund rights because of delayed delivery, those statutory rights continue to apply.

If an order contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order products, products may be shipped separately.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

The customer's delivery address and selected shipping method will be shown before the order is completed and in the order confirmation.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Carrier transit times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside SORA's reasonable control.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, DUTIES AND IMPORT CHARGES

Orders delivered outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other governmental charges imposed by the destination country.

Where these charges are not collected by SORA at checkout, they may be payable separately by the recipient.

Where SORA knows the amount of an applicable additional charge at the time of purchase, it will be disclosed during checkout.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Our voluntary return and refund terms are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Eligible items may be returned in accordance with that policy.

Nothing in our Refund Policy or these Terms limits any cancellation, refund, return, or other right that a consumer may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Where there is a conflict between our voluntary store policies and a mandatory right provided by applicable law, the applicable legal requirement will govern.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at hello@soraclothing.ca.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once processing or fulfillment has begun.

This limitation does not affect cancellation or other rights available to you under applicable law.

ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

We may correct genuine typographical, technical, or administrative errors appearing on our website.

We will not retroactively change the material terms of a completed consumer transaction in a manner that removes rights provided to the consumer under the agreement or applicable law.

If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact the customer and address the matter in accordance with applicable law.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional terms disclosed with the applicable promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.

Promotional conditions do not limit rights that consumers have under applicable law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content of this website, including designs, graphics, photographs, logos, text, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to SORA and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without authorization except where permitted by law.

PRIVACY

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SORA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising solely from the use of this website.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the transaction and, subject to mandatory consumer protection requirements, the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising rights available under applicable consumer protection legislation.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes apply prospectively from the effective date of the updated Terms and do not retroactively alter the material terms applicable to orders already completed.
