Refund Policy
We maintain a strict no refund policy. Refunds are not allowed unless it is due to a merchandise defect. Please note that final designs may slightly differ from the promotional material on the website or social media. All claims must be made within 5 days of delivery. Any claims outside of this timeframe will not be accepted, no exceptions. Please contact us at hello@soraclothing.Ca and provide an order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@soraclothing.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
